Terms of Use

• In some countries, setting up a tent requires a construction permit, see how it is in your case.
• The tent is a temporary building, should not be used continuously.
• The tent should be spread out at a long distance from water, gas and electrical ducts.
• Before setting up the tent, make sure the temperature is at least +15 degrees. You can avoid the cracks on the tarp.

• Do not set up a tent during bad weather conditions - heavy rain, strong wind or abundant snowfall.
• When adverse weather conditions occur, the tent should be dismantled immediately.
• All locks must always be completely fastened or fastened to the top, preventing damage to the tarpaulin. They should not only be detached to half.
• Make sure the hull is properly stretched. This will prevent the build-up of water on the roof, and hence, from collapsing the tent.
• Remember to remove the water that collects.
• Keep the proper dilation. This will allow water and accumulated snow to fall freely from the tent.
• In winter, snow can accumulate on the roof. Remember to remove the snow from the tent, which will protect him from damage.
• Winds above 40 km/h can damage the tent, so if one occurs, dismantle it or secure the tarp.
• It is the responsibility of the tent user to protect him from damage and not to harm the people who use it and the property collected there.
• Do not use open fire, open flame heaters, or welding equipment within the tent. In the case of the use of radiators of another type, set them not less than 1,5 metres from the tarp.
• The tent should be folded and packed only if it is completely dry. This will prevent the formation of mold.
• The warranty applies only to events occurring during the use of the tent in accordance with the installation instructions and conditions of use.
• The warranty does not cover the wear of consumables such as rubbers and screws.
• The guarantee shall not cover damage caused by negligence or misuse.
• Tents with construction S38 (summer) and SP38 (summer plus) are only suitable for use during the summer.
• Tarpaulins PE are only suitable for use during the summer.
• Tents with construction P50 (winter), PP50 (winter plus), polar and polar plus may also be used during the winter.
• The herrings attached to the tent only serve to attach the tarpaulin to the ground. In order to attach the structure, the anchors adapted to the ground on which the tent will be set should be purchased.
