PRIVACY AND COOKIE POLICY, COPYRIGHTS

1. The users' personal data will be processed by Das Company sp. z o o. with the headquarters in 32-540, Trzebinia, ul. Przemysłowa 10, NIP: 6772373649, REGON: 122795114 Registered by District Court for Kraków – Śródmieście in Kraków, 9th Division of the National Court Register under no. 0000451571. The share capital: 1 825 000 zł. (further „Das Company”) as an administrator of the personal data, in order to provide services by Das Company, as well as the subject to the consent of the User, for marketing purposes associated with the Seller’s company operations. The processing of the gathered data takes place in accordance to the provisions of the Act of May 10, 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws from 2018, no. 1000)) and the Act of July 2002 on Electronic Services (Journal of Laws from 2002, no. 144, item 1204 with the changes).

2. Sharing personal data specified by the user (Internet user using the www.dascompany.co.uk website, further “User”) is voluntary. However, lack of consent for the personal data processing by Das Company can prevent Das Company from providing the electronic services and the User from doing shopping in the Das Company’s online store.

3. User’s personal data can be shared with the authorized entities under the applicable law, including the relevant judicial authorities. User’s personal data can be passed - in the necessary and required range - to the third parties, including the entities performing actions in relation to the Sale Agreement with the User on behalf of Das Company, inter alia, the entities realizing the delivery of the ordered goods.

4. Das Company ensures the Users of which the personal data is processed, to exercise the rights resulting from the Act of Personal Data Protection, including the right to access the contents of their personal data, to adjust it and the right to control the processing of their own personal data according to the rules described in the act in question.

5. In the context of realization of the right to control the processing of personal data, the User especially has the right to apply written, motivated request to stop personal data processing because of their particular situation and object against the processing of their data.

6. The confidential data about the Users, including the personal data of the Users, is protected by Das Company from sharing with the unauthorized persons, and also from other cases of revealing them or loss and destruction or unauthorized modification of indicated data and information through the use of appropriate technical and organizational security.

7. According to the provisions of the Act of Telecommunications Law from July 16 2004 (Journal of Laws from 2004 no 17, item 1800 with the changes) Das Company uses cookie files.

8. Cookie files (so called “cookies”) are computer data, particularly the text files, sent by the WWW server, which are stored on the User’s final device. Their main purpose is to use the websites of Das Company (www.dascompany.co.uk and its subpages). Cookies contain the name of the website they come from, time of storage on the final device and the unique number. The default preferences of the cookie files allow their contained data to be accessed only by the server which created them.

9. Cookies are used to:

1. adjust the content of Das Company websites to the preferences of the User and to optimize the use of the websites, particularly, these files allow to recognize the device of the User and properly display the website adjusted to their individual needs;

2. analyze the behaviour of the Das Company website users and make marketing statistics in order to adjust the content to the individual need of the Customers;

3. correct configuration of the chosen functions of the Das Company Internet store, particularly allowing verification of the authenticity of browser’s session;

4. maintain User’s session, by which the User is not obliged to provide their login and password on each of the subsites.

10. In many cases the software used for web browsing (Internet browser) allows storage of the cookies in the User’s final device by default.

11. The User can change the settings of the cookies, defining the conditions of their storage or obtaining the access of the files to the User’s device at any time. The user can configure the service or make the change in settings described in the previous sentence, using the preinstalled software on their final telecommunication device. The settings can be changed particularly in such a way to block the automatic cookie files support in the web browser settings or inform each time they were placed on the User’s device. Detailed information about the options and ways of the cookies support are available in the software’s (Internet browser) settings. 

12. Cookies uploaded to User’s final device and can be also used by the advertisers and partners cooperating with Das Company.

13. User is allowed to delete cookies using the options available in the Internet browser they use at any time.

14. Limiting of the cookie files use can influence some functions available on the Store’s website. Not accepting the cookie files can cause inconvenience in using the Store. If the User uses the browser the settings of which allow saving the cookies on the computer or other device, it is conclusive that the User agreed to save the cookie files on their device.

15. The content of subsites on www.dascompany.co.uk domain is the exclusive property of Das Company. All content is under the copyright protection law, the right to use them is vested upon their authors. Particularly it is forbidden to process, copy and distribute or modify any content and creations located on www.dascompany.co.uk without Das Company’s agreement in terms of which it is not justified by the use of Das Company Internet store. Usage of the Store’s logo and graphic elements of the www.dascompany.co.uk website, the layout and the composition of the subsites by the User is forbidden with the exception of the situations described by Das Company, or if the usage of the listed objects of copyright and the objects of the industrial property was allowed on the basis of written permit of Das Company or the authorized third parties. It is forbidden to make an attempt at recreating www.dascompany.co.uk website, particularly on the websites and on the domains related to the Use.
